Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architectural Drafter at Balli Group. As a Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for: Design Development of Conceptual Plans Prepare complete set of Construction Documents Coordination between consultants and engineers during the Construction Document phase Address comments from the Building Department and coordination with consultants and engineers for resubmittal. Create 3D Models using SketchUp & Enscape or equivalent to prepare final presentation renderings. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings Experience with Submittals, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals Attention to detail and and accuracy in creating drawings Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred Professional licensure is preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape & Revit
