Our client seeks an experienced Employment Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law with a focus on handling both class action and single-plaintiff cases. This role involves managing complex employment litigation, advising clients on compliance and risk management, and working closely with clients to develop litigation strategies. Key Responsibilities :Represent clients in class action and single-plaintiff employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases .Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings and trials .Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk mitigation strategies .Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality service and achieve favorable case outcomes . Qualification s:JD from an accredited law school and active bar membershi p.Experience in employment litigation, with a preference for class action experienc e.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skill s.Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively within a tea m.
