The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and management of training programs that focus on legal and psychosocial services, with an emphasis on trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. This role involves overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training curricula, as well as providing technical assistance to ensure the highest quality of care for the children. The Vice President will also be instrumental in building strong partnerships, both nationally and internationally, and in advocating for systemic reforms to advance the rights of the children. Applicants must have an advanced degree in a relevant field such as a Juris Doctor, Master in Social Work, Education, or Psychology, and a minimum of 10 years experience in program design and management, particularly in training for legal and social work professionals. The role requires a strong background in adult learning and content development, as well as a proven track record of supervising and managing professional teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the well-being of immigrant and refugee children, a commitment to innovative leadership, and the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
