The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of these programs in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and other regions as the company grows internationally. This role requires a licensed psychologist, social worker, or a professional with an advanced degree in social sciences, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in executive or senior management positions, specifically in the global development and management of psychosocial programs. The Senior Vice President will ensure that the MHPSS programs meet high professional standards, are culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, and will lead a large team of professionals to deliver effective support to the target population. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include strategic planning, staff engagement, program monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy for the rights and well-being of unaccompanied and separated children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for this cause, the ability to work with diverse populations, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. They must be highly organized, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish strongly preferred and other languages desirable.
