Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment, including managing office supplies. Coordinate with vendors for water, coffee and vending services. Oversee mail distribution. Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for select team members. Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Assist with new employees, including setting up workspaces and facilitating introductions. Ordering business cards and other new hire items. Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent required business administration or a related field is preferred. 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
