Our client is looking for a Project Manager to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. This position is fully remote but does require you to be located in the Savannah area due to the projects you would be working on. Pay: $65k - $80k Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and performance against established goals and objectives. Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to support project activities and deliverables. Coordinate with functional managers to ensure adequate staffing and resource availability. Manage subcontractors and vendors as needed to support project requirements. Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate budget status and variances to stakeholders and senior management. Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners. Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations. Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts as needed to ensure project success. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry or sector]. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools
