The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership that inspires and engages others in the mission and success strategies for enrollment. This includes developing and managing a comprehensive plan with a focus on improved recruiting strategies, increased enrollment, and retention. The role involves partnering with university leaders for institutional planning, providing leadership in admissions, and overseeing the development of community and school partnerships. The Vice President for Enrollment will also be tasked with supervising and training admissions staff, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and ensuring excellent service delivery to students. Applicants for the Vice President for Enrollment position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 8 years' of combined, progressive experience in strategic planning, sales, and recruitment, and a strong skill set in management. Experience in higher education student recruitment and admissions is preferred. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of students and who is capable of collaborating with financial aid to develop and maintain admission processes.
