Instead of purchasing insurance through traditional carriers (The Hartford, Liberty Mutual, etc.), small businesses can now purchase insurance through Vertical Software Providers , Franchisors, Associations - all powered by Authentic Authentic is a captive insurance platform. We allow partners to embed an insurance offering and monetize both commission and underwriting profit. Authentic's partners include Mindbody, R365, SpotOn, theCut, ZenPlanner and Xplor Technologies. Who we are looking for: We're seeking a driven Product Manager to help define, shape, and improve the user experience of our core products. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for product development, a strong desire to learn, and a keen interest in revolutionizing the insurance industry. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you'll play a vital role in delivering impactful solutions for our partners and customers. Role Overview & Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals. Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to support product decisions. Help develop product specifications, wireframes, and user flows to guide the development team. Work with segment, salesforce, email marketing tools, retool to use events to trigger lifecycle marketing and product changes. Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement. Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, training, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has: A strong interest in product management, with 1-4 years of experience in finance, management consulting or fintech (coding experience or coursework helpful too). Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. An understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with design and engineering teams. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
