TRG is seeking an experienced Installation Energy Senior Analyst to provide support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O). This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed at the customer facility in Alexandria, VA (The Mark Center - https://markcenter.com/), The Pentagon, at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely. This position is Contingent upon Contract Award. Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Core hours are between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high level support to ODASD(ER&O) staff across the full portfolio of installation energy programs, including assistance with resolving program/project execution issues, developing and coordinating communications/meetings, and execution of assigned special projects. Competence to assist in the evaluation of installation energy initiatives, assess partnerships with industry, utility companies, and public agencies as they relate to advancing DoD energy initiatives and use of all legislative and policy authorities, Conduct reviews of existing statutes, policies, guidance, legislation, and project timelines to determine gaps, impacts, and risks. Experience and Technical Qualifications: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required. At least 15 years of relevant experience and 5 years of OSD/Service staff/Joint Staff experience is required.
