Job Description We seek an exceptionally talented and motivated Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. You will be part of a high-performance team building the foundation and effective processes for our rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, the ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and support rapid growth. Lead supplier selection and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality improvements. Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including supply chain, quality control, finance, and product development, to meet operational needs and support new product launches. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements. Manage procurement-related data and activities within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Analyze market trends and conduct risk assessments to inform procurement strategies. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Lead and participate in procurement and supply chain improvement projects and initiatives. Requirements Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team management skills . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills . Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with procurement software and ERP systems. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements within the food and supplement industry is a plus.
