We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Associate with a Master’s in Real Estate Development and 5 years of post-college experience in construction management, architectural coordination, and project management. This role will be integral to bridging gaps within our organization, working closely with our architecture partners, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with architecture firms to ensure designs align with development objectives and construction feasibility. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, coordinating closely with construction managers and contractors. Work directly with architects to manage design changes, approvals, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Handle day-to-day project management tasks, including coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and vendors. Assist with the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from pre-development through construction and completion. Provide critical support in all aspects of construction management, assisting in field coordination and attending site meetings as needed. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget while addressing any potential issues before they arise. Support the development team by filling in operational gaps, providing insights on architectural and construction processes. Requirements: Master’s in Real Estate Development or equivalent degree. 5 years of post-college experience in real estate development, with a focus on project management, construction management, and architectural coordination. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and project management principles. Proven experience working closely with architecture firms and managing design iterations and project deliverables. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fully in-office role in West Hollywood, with the flexibility to spend time on-site as projects progress. Compensation: Base salary: $90,000 $140,000, depending on experience and skills.
