Required - Bilingual Spanish and Condo Development experience Location: Downtown Miami, FL / Brickell Salary: $125k - $160k, plus bonus, benefits The Development Associate or Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research to support various development functions, such as acquisitions, due diligence, impact fees, utility costs, and market analysis. Assist the VP of Development or Chief Development Officer with tasks related to real estate projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, permit applications, and coordination with architects, contractors, and local authorities. Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, architects, surveyors, and other professionals involved in project development. Organize, manage, communicate, and implement the development process, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Prepare detailed pro forma operating statements, construction, and operating budgets, and other necessary financial documentation. Solicit and integrate feedback from sales, marketing, and operational teams during and after the development process. Support overall project management by tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Report project progress and critical issues to management, ensuring clear and effective communication. The ideal Development Associate | Development Manager will: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on condo or mixed-use for sale projects. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and/or project management. Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with ownership, consultants, local jurisdictions, general contractors, and future residents. Bilingual Spanish Required
