About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team and take charge of the production scheduling process. This role is essential in ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of products while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will manage resources, optimize production capacity, and resolve any scheduling challenges to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain master schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and resource availability to ensure timely delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory teams to coordinate resources and address scheduling conflicts. Capacity Planning: Optimize production schedules by evaluating machine and labor capacity, adjusting for changes in demand or unforeseen delays. Continuous Monitoring & Adjustment: Regularly track production progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and communicate any challenges or delays to key stakeholders. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, production efficiency) and generate reports to provide insights for senior management. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization, implement best practices in scheduling and resource management, and contribute to overall operational improvements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that production schedules meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate scheduling documentation for audits. What You Bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling or operations planning, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflows. Certifications: CPIM, CPSM, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Why Work with Us?
