Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Corning, NY

• Handle customer intakes and feedback
• Liaise between customers and internal departments (manufacturing, sales, etc.)
• Manage work orders, deliveries, and service needs
• Resolve billing, delivery, and production issues
• Enter and review customer and product data accurately
• Proactively resolve service-related challenges
• Communicate effectively and professionally at all levels

Qualifications

Education:

• 2+ years in customer service preferred

Required Skills:

• Organizational and multitasking ability
• Experience in fast-paced service environments

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with technical drawings and documentation
• Background in manufacturing or engineered-to-order services
