Job Title : Employment Litigation Attorney Location : Irvine, CA (hybrid) We are looking for Attorneys to join a prestigious firm specializing in labor and employment law. We are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with experience handling cases like workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage disputes. Key Responsibilities: Represent employers in state and federal courts in employment litigation involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Oversee all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and planning trial strategies. Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and NLRB. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 2 years of experience in employment litigation. Salary Range: $140k - $220k
