Employment Defense Attorney - Hybrid

Job Title: Employment Defense Attorney Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Job Summary: The client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Defense Attorney to join their Los Angeles office. This position offers a hybrid work schedule , combining both in-office and remote work. Key Responsibilities: Represent employers in state and federal court in employment-related litigation, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings before government agencies (e.g., EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, NLRB). Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 1 years of experience in employment law litigation, preferably on the defense side.
