Traffic Manager San Antonio, Texas (On-site) Fulltime Position Skills: 3PL Management, Carrier Performance Reviews, Analysis, Creating Reports, Global Customs, Traffic Manager, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Trade Compliance, Tariff Schedules, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail, Deadline Oriented, NetSuite, ERP Experience MUST HAVE 5 years of transportation and logistics experience. Experience as a traffic manager, logistics manager, or another supply chain similar role. Trade compliance and tariff classification knowledge Hiring manager will not consider anyone who does not have at least 4 years of longevity in their most recent role. This position represents a $7M spend for the company in their new San Antonio warehouse, seeking the ability to negotiate with carriers (CH Robinson, FedEx, UPS). Experience with LTL and Drop Ships. Tariff knowledge is essential as they will be handling freight and other international shipments between the US/Mexico and Mexico/China. Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus. Their manufacturing facility is in Mexico, and they'll be regularly managing both imports from Mexico to the US and materials from China to Mexico.
