JURISolutions is seeking a seasoned attorney to join our corporate client for a hybrid part time opportunity. This candidate will assist the on-site leadership team for an acquisition integration. Responsibilities will include integration and business support, and general counsel duties. Candidates should have medical device or life sciences experience. The role is on-site in Irvine, Ca 2-3 days/week and 20-25 hr/wk.
