NO C2C/Third-Party resume please Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital transformation projects within the hospital and health care sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication strategies, and status reports. Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies. Orchestrate and handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Implement and oversee processes related to change management, release management, stakeholder management, and risk management. Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT professionals, and external vendors, to drive digital transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout all project phases. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Utilize expertise in Epic systems to enhance project outcomes and drive efficiency in health care operations. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within scope, time, and budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the hospital and healthcare industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team members. Demonstrated expertise in change management, release management, stakeholder management, and risk management. Experience working with Epic systems is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. Flexible work from home options available.
