Sr. HR Generalist for their Distribution Center

Our client, a global fashion company, is hiring a Sr. HR Generalist for their Distribution Center to join their team onsite in Midway. Job Duties Include: Partner in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures Ensure adherence of health and safety practices Partner to ensure all leave of absence and work compensation claims are managed in a timely manner Manage employee relation matters for the distribution center Coach employees on policy and procedure applications, labor laws, conflict resolution, etc. Manage HR administration including initiatives based on changes in compliance regulations Partner to implement and oversee performance management and other talent management processes, organizational assessment, and leadership development Support the recruitment process including job postings, phone screens, coordinating interviews, etc. Support the new hire induction process Partner with internal departments to resolve complex HR issues Manage labor and health & safety poster Manage employee record compliance and files as necessary Prepare all HR related documents for HRIS entry and SAP data input Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology preferred 3 years of Generalist experience Union experience preferred Excellent communication and follow-up skills Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
