Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,498 per week

Level II Trauma experience required. Primary trauma center for the area. Standard ED patients. Psych holds with security if agitated. Schedule Information 12 hr shifts. Shift starts 645. Every other weekend. Travelers will work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). OT and extra shifts are available. Self-scheduling is used. Schedules are out 4 weeks. Unit Specific Information Unit: ED Number of beds: 30, 5 trauma bays Ratios: 1:4 Weekend Requirement: Rotate in with core staff Scrub Color: Navy Tele: Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips. Vents: Yes IV Team: No RT 24/7: Yes Pharmacy 24/7: Yes Floating: All other Sacramento facilities. Mid-shift float to another facility is rare. Additional Details Modules are required done before start. For Holiday RTO: Managers will make the final call on scheduling. PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED.
