Case Manager - Los Angeles, CA About the Role: LHH is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will work closely with the homeless population, providing essential support and resources aimed at improving their quality of life and securing housing solutions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with locations throughout south LA and Long Beach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients. Develop and implement personalized action plans to connect clients with resources for housing stability. Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor progress and offer ongoing support. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary services and support. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience working with the homeless population or in a behavioral health setting. Previous experience in social services or case management is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with housing systems and Fair Housing laws is a plus. Compensation: $24 per hour.
