Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join its team in a remote capacity. Duties:

1. Handle all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
2. Make court appearances and argue motions on behalf of clients
3. Manage case strategy and provide legal advice to clients
4. Represent clients in trials and hearings
5. Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes
6. Work collaboratively with legal teams and support staff
7. Engage in settlement negotiations and other resolution strategies

Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
2. Proven experience in conducting trials and handling depositions
3. Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
4. Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently
5. Experience with insurance coverage or corporate law is a plus

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

1. Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. state
