Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting facility planning to support all major construction programs and projects Continuous engagement with Probation and Regulatory Agencies to ensure that all current requirements and specifications are being utilized Coordinate and provide all required documentation, throughout all program or project phases, to all appropriate agencies Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent is required Minimum of 10 years of experience, within the last 15 years, providing CPM consulting services, including at least 7 years of relevant project experience in the repair, maintenance, or refurbishing of existing governmental and institutional-type facilities. Design-Bid-Build, Job Order Contract, and/or Best Value Construction Management Experience is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager supervising staff Advanced knowledge and application of master planning, A/E solicitation, project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts and delivery methods is required Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications and applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interaction in professional settings are required Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related systems such as E-Builder, Prolog and Primavera are required Proficiency with various document control systems, as well as new construction and modernization of government facilities is preferred Justice experience is required Registration as an Architect is preferred Certified Construction Manager preferred Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $145,000-$162,000. Benefits
