Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Contract Administrator reports to the Project Controls Manager. The successful candidate will have proven contract administration experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million-dollar construction and/or renovation projects. Performs a broad range of contract administrative duties, including procurements, billings, insurance, badging, and compliance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business related field, as well as training in procurement, contract, construction, and commercial law. 3 or more years of experience in the administration of commercial/government contracts is required. Experience in alternative project delivery methods including Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design Build preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software, Adobe Acrobat Professional and large-scale construction management type software such as Primavera, Prolog, etc. May assume other duties as required/needed. May be required to work past regular hours. May be required to work various shifts as needed. This position offers a hybrid/telework option: Telework on Fridays; Onsite Monday through Thursday. Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$73,500.00.
