Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Administration of professional services contracts which provide planning & design and entitlement & environmental planning services in support of airport projects. Minimum Qualifications: A four-year degree is preferred, or at least course work in the field. Understand the basic principles of cost accounting, contract lifecycles, and construction phases. Experience with task order contracts. Familiar with the United States General Services Administration per diem guidelines. Critical thinking skills to address and resolve administrative and process issues. Able to present information succinctly. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical and educational backgrounds. At least three (3) to 5 years of experience in the administration of commercial/government contracts is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge and direct experience in SBE/LBE/LSBE/DBE/DVBE/MWBE program coordination and compliance preferred. May assume other duties as required/needed. May be required to work past regular work shift. Compensation: Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$95,000.00.
