We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Data Entry Clerk in Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk in our organization, your primary function will be to manage and update customer account information, process various types of payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
• Accurately updating payment and account information using data entry skills, primarily 10-key.
• Processing various types of payments, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic payments, and posting them to the relevant AR accounts.
• Maintaining precise and organized records of all payment transactions to aid in reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment posting.
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy within the AR process by adhering to established procedures.
• Providing occasional support with phone coverage, delivering prompt and detail oriented responses as needed.• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
• Proficient in utilizing 10 Key Skills
• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions
• Proven experience in Organizing Files in a logical and easily accessible manner
• Skilled in Scanning documents, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent Typing skills, with emphasis on speed and precision
