This role is crucial in ensuring policy information is accurately entered and verified, adhering to set processes within our proprietary computer systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of personal project management skills, with a strong focus on achieving quality and production goals.
Responsibilities
• Accurately transfer client/insured data between our proprietary mainframe systems.
• Ensure the accuracy of data before entry, including the appropriate application of additional coverages.
• Review and correct any errors in data entry within a set timeframe.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with agents and internal customers regarding referral reasons or instances.
• Maintain a high standard of data entry quality, aiming to reach established quality and production goals within set timelines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word, for email communication and tracking.
• Adhere to established process procedures, locating necessary information to complete the process efficiently.
• Manage time effectively, working both independently and as an engaged team member.
• Multitask effectively, managing assigned work and calendar using pre-existing tracking documents.
• Leverage technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 operating platform, to research policy information and update existing tracking documents.
• Employ strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills in all aspects of the role.• Proficiency in various data entry procedures and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with research, review, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Understanding of insurance industry basics.
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software.
• Ability to manage calendars effectively.
• Skill in verification tasks and customer support.
• Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows OS.
• Ability to work with different computer systems.
• Proficiency in R Code.
• Willingness to work onsite when required.
