Position Overview Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Director of the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program. Key Responsibilities: Lead Program Implementation:
Drive the success of the Ronald E. McNair activities as outlined in the grant and work closely with the grant’s PI. Resource Management & Partner Oversight:
Manage program resources efficiently, oversee institutional relationships, and serve as the primary liaison between McNair participants and mentors. Ensure Compliance:
Maintain adherence to federal guidelines and ensure all program expenditures are appropriately documented and compliant. Develop & Facilitate Training:
Coordinate participant trainings and professional development opportunities. Policy & Procedure Management:
Regularly update the policy and procedure manual to reflect best practices and regulatory changes. Why Join WSSU?

8am - 5pm, some evenings and weekends required Requirements and Preferences: Doctoral Degree preferred in relevant fields. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with federal TRIO programs or similar projects. Experience in collegiate administration and working with underrepresented students. Knowledge of barriers to post-baccalaureate education faced by disadvantaged students. Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse backgrounds. Salary:
