This position combines data management with client communication, ensuring accurate data entry and high-quality customer service to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update design orders into our database
  • Verify the accuracy of information provided in orders and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry and customer service operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database software.
