This position combines data management with client communication, ensuring accurate data entry and high-quality customer service to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update design orders into our database
- Verify the accuracy of information provided in orders and make corrections as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry and customer service operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database software.
