We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on the evaluation and interpretation of data, primarily within the environmental compliance and business operations sectors. The position offers an exceptional opportunity to work on different projects, extracting, analyzing, and creating meaningful reports.
Responsibilities:
• Scrutinize power station and wellfield operating data against site permits and federal clean air and water standards.
• Generate automated workflows and communication among various data sources and applications using APIs and automation.
• Review annual budgets and conduct year-to-date performance tracking and reporting.
• Oversee annual asset and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report on existing contract adherence.
• Support site maintenance, improvement, and expansion projects including contractor bid package development and review.
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis for new site developments, site acquisitions, and business opportunities.
• Assist in new site project support, including budget and schedule management.
• Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Claim Administration.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of working with large datasets and deriving insights.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
