We are in search of an adept Data Engineer/Architect to become a part of our team. The selected candidate will operate in the industry of data management and analytics based in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Data Engineer/Architect, you will be tasked with managing customer data, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle customer credit applications and process them with accuracy
• Guarantee the precision of customer credit records
• Skillfully manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and database design
• Show proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau
• Employ your strong proficiency in Microsoft Data Fabric, Microsoft Azure SQL, AWS Aurora, and Microsoft Azure
• Leverage your experience with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce
• Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning in data pipelines
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills while working independently in a fully remote environment.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data architectures
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and convert them into actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with data modeling tools and techniques
• Familiarity with data management regulations and best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus.
