POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides program management including supervision of staff in carrying out direct service activities pertinent to the goals of the program.

Full-Time Duties and Responsibilities: Provides program service and administrative supervision of program staff, students, and volunteers. Assures the continuing training and development of program staff. Regularly schedules meetings with program staff to discuss plans and address areas of potential problems and program functioning. Coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration. Develops and promotes relationships with other social service agencies, representing the program and agency in the community. Performs administrative functions including the completion of regular reports in a timely manner. Provides leadership to staff and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff and communicates in ways that support the agency's mission and values. Performs specialized activities and functions specific to the program. Meets weekly with program staff and participates in agency collaboration team meetings. Contributes to Agency committees and special tasks and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff. Adheres to the policies and procedures of CFS. Level of Service Expected: 35 hours a week. Maintains a caseload of up to 5 youth. At least 2 years of counseling experience/case management support in social services/mental health settings. Knowledge and experience relative to the population served. Adheres to goals as written within the current grant. Adheres to policies, procedures, methods, and interventions as described in the grant. Provides counseling and/or a variety of direct counseling services as needed. Formulates and implements treatment plans based on the preparation of complete, technical, and highly perceptive diagnostic evaluations; evaluates juvenile's progress and modifies counseling services accordingly. Completes promptly and accurately all statistical and other reports required for supervisory and administrative purposes, and records case material promptly. Reviews case activities and treatment of juveniles, as well as progress in professional development and growth objectives with the supervisor. Meets weekly with supervisor to ensure coordination of services, to report progress of reentry youths and families. Meets regularly with program staff to discuss plans, areas of potential problems, and program functioning. Develops/promotes relationships with other social service agencies, Juvenile Justice Stakeholders, and represents the program and agency in the community. Participates in community planning and/or advocacy efforts related to problems designated as relevant to the program's objectives. Participates/conducts professional seminars, workshops, etc. or in-service training programs. Provides consultation to agencies and organizations in areas of program relevance. Other related duties as required. Train and onboard new staff. Attend individual and team supervision meetings with Associate Vice President. Other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in a human services field preferred or equivalent experience. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record.
