The Growth & Monetization teams are at the core of product and go-to-market at New Relic. Our mission is to drive revenue growth through innovative self-serve tools and product-led growth (PLG) experiences that enhance pricing, packaging, usage, and cost management for our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager for the Usage & Growth Experience team. This role will define strategies and execute initiatives around usage and cost management tools, helping customers effectively manage their budgets while driving product consumption and revenue for the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the product roadmap effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders from Leadership, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Legal. Set the vision and drive the strategy for usage and cost management tools of our product Build a data-driven roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting business metrics to meet area-specific OKRs Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, sales, and other product teams to deliver self-serve tools and PLG experiences Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across multiple functional areas across New Relic to ensure alignment to meet business goals Seek and implement automated and self-serve solutions for other product teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand usage and revenue of their products Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption Be bold to challenge the status quo and drive outcomes This role requires
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Computer Science background preferred 5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product Manager Ability to analyze data and use it to deliver innovative capabilities Ability to identify customer requirements and ship delightful customer experiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to bring clarity in the face of ambiguity Fostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us. this link . Estimated Base Pay Range: $162,000 - $203,000. The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
