LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Indianapolis

LHH is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to build and lead a team which distributes medical products across the US. You will direct inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations for a 500,000 sq ft facility. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $90,000 – 100,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee, strategize, and manage inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations during your designated shift.

· Facilitate all operational activities necessary for the prompt and efficient distribution of products to both domestic and international customers.

· Be responsible for the storage, inventory control, and distribution of finished goods as well as raw materials.

· Maintain precise inventory transaction records by conducting daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future discrepancies.

· Ensure that international shipping documentation is complete and accurate for products sent to global markets.

· Maximize return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projects.

· Administer the performance management program.

· Evaluate and suggest training resources to support employee development.

· Adhere to corporate policies to achieve both short and long-term goals regarding safety, performance, and compliance.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of operations supervision experience within a warehousing and/or distribution environment is required

• Must have experience working with an ERP and/or WMS system (i.e. Oracle and/or SAP)
