The Warehouse Account Specialist ensures the efficient execution of all warehousing functions, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse invoice administration. This role serves as the primary point of contact for warehousing issues and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational standards.

Job Title: Warehouse Account Specialist

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs/wk), Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $28-34/hour

Responsibilities:

· Warehousing Operations (10%): Identify and manage process improvements for warehouse functions, ensuring alignment across departments.

· Cross-functional Collaboration (5%): Work closely with Supply Chain Analyst and Manager to align warehousing goals with broader departmental objectives.

· Vendor Relations (10%): Serve as the main point of contact for warehousing providers, handling product tracking and daily operations.

· Invoice Management (20%): Audit and approve invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

· Stakeholder Accountability (50%): Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Commercial) to uphold warehousing standards for receipts, storage, and shipments.

· Claims Management (5%): Oversee processing of warehousing damage and loss claims.

· Perform additional related duties as needed.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred (experience can substitute).

· Experience: 4-5 years in customer service or operations; warehousing experience is advantageous.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains preferred).

· Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, adaptable, and professional in challenging business situations.

 

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
