Job Title: Warehouse Account Specialist (1-Year Contract)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Length: 1 Year contract

LHH is actively interviewing a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Account Specialist for a one-year contract position based in Bellevue, WA. You will act as the primary liaison for 8-9 assigned accounts, ensuring all daily warehousing functions—including inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, and invoice administration. You will play a key role in supporting and escalating warehousing issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage warehousing operations for assigned accounts, focusing on inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and daily operations.

• Handle warehouse invoice administration and maintain accurate inventory reconciliation.

• Serve as the main point of contact for warehousing issues, ensuring timely solutions and support across the organization.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables) and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to analyze data and create reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute.

• Experience: 5+ years in warehousing, supply chain, or related customer service roles. Progressive experience with promotions is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for invoice auditing and data reporting.

• Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
