Location: Auburn, Kentucky

Salary: $75,000 + Bonus

Onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental policies.
  • Model and promote safe workplace behavior and investigate safety incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP requirements.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate a team of 5-10 employees.
  • Oversee daily tasks, performance, and attendance to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Plan, oversee, and document order processing, inventory management, and loading/unloading.
  • Conduct and participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and report productivity metrics.
  • Maintain warehouse performance documentation and address operational issues.
  • Lead and support Lean warehousing and Six Sigma Green Belt initiatives to enhance processes.
  • Serve as back-up for other Warehouse Supervisors during absences.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and experience using ERP software
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.
