Warehouse/ Fleet Coordinator:
Job Purpose: The Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator helps to ensure the branch’s fleet is dependable and safe by maintaining appropriate records for all vehicles and providing hands-on repairs as needed. Beyond fleet maintenance, this position is also responsible for repairs and maintenance of company equipment as well as inventory management. This position is a hybrid and is required to assist the mitigation team as needed with current work efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the fleet maintenance records are accurate and up to date
- Perform trouble shooting and repair to fleet vehicles as needed
- Perform maintenance and repair on industrial/mechanical equipment, some specific to the restoration industry
- General maintenance and organization of the warehouse, including personal work area
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and repair facilities
- Manage inventory and repairs of the warehouse and order supplies needed to provide service to our customers
- Communicate with individual departments relating to specific job situations
- Trainer for the respirator fit process in assigned branch
- Review the Warehouse and Fleet Coordinator Routine sheet
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous minor mechanical background
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Highly motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, but comfortable voicing concerns to management
- Basic computer skills/some experience with Microsoft Office

Work Environment:
- Jobsites may vary from very clean environments to very dirty environments or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites.

Physical Demands:
