Position Title:
Head of Project Management (Head of Business Alignment Office) Job Summary:
As a Head of Project Management (Head of Business Alignment Office) at Pharma Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement across all projects. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Establish and maintain the project management office (PMO) standards, policies, and procedures. Team Management: Assemble and lead a project team, often composed of members from different departments. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring their progress and providing guidance as needed. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team. Project Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks. Monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success. Manage project budgets and ensure that the project stays within financial constraints. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met. Quality Control: Ensure that the project's deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Project Closure: Finalize all project activities. Oversee the successful completion and closure of projects, ensuring all deliverables are finalized and accepted. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management. PMP project management certification required. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
