Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. User Story Writing Experience:
Leverage extensive experience in writing user stories to articulate clear and actionable requirements, driving the development of scalable and user-friendly solutions. Business Demos:
Develop and deliver engaging business demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders. Stakeholder Support:
Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns, and assisting with any defects or enhancement requests related to existing Salesforce features. Testing User Stories:
As proxy to product owner, validate user stories and ensure successful implementation, working closely with development and quality assurance teams. JIRA Mastery:
Serve as the primary administrator and expert user of JIRA, overseeing project management activities, sprint planning, and issue tracking to facilitate efficient collaboration and task management. Salesforce Expertise:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration. Field Service Lightning (FSL):
Familiarity with Field Service Lightning is a significant advantage. Certifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable and provide an advantage, but they are not mandatory. Qualifications: Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst is required. Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements. In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
