Role: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant having experience in Utilities Field service management (FSM) implementations

Location: 100% Remote (Client at Los Angeles, CA)

Duration: Fulltime/ FTE

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of overall work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area. Experience working in Salesforce Field Service implementation and/or support projects. Certified on

Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer modules (minimum).

This position is based out of LA, CA. Candidate can work remotely from anywhere within the the US during PST time zone.

Preferred Qualification: Around 6 years of overall work experience in Utilities Field Service management Area. Extensive experience of working on and leading Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Cloud implementation and support projects. Knowledge and experience in building integrations in Salesforce with multiple other source systems. Technically strong in designing, building Lightning Web Components LWC, APEX classes. Experience in business process automation. Should independently interact with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite. Proven experience in Requirement Gathering, Solutioning and hands on Configurations. Knowledge on any other FSM products like ClickSoftware, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM etc.is an added advantage. Designing, building and supporting integrations with different edge systems. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
