We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our team based in the south metro. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from creating engaging job descriptions to screening candidates and coordinating their onboarding. You will also work closely with our team to strategize and implement efficient hiring plans, and drive innovation in our recruitment practices.


Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of job descriptions and set salary ranges in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Screen and select the best candidates, arrange interviews, and maintain clear communication for a positive experience.

• Work closely with the Learning & Development team and HR representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding and training experience.

• Attend career fairs and networking events to expand our reach and attract talent from across the nation.

• Propose and implement recruitment-focused policies and programs to streamline hiring practices and enhance the candidate experience.

• Use data and metrics to assess and optimize recruitment processes.

• Seek feedback from hiring managers and candidates to identify areas for improvement, driving changes that support a more effective and engaging recruitment process.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to strategize and execute effective hiring plans.

• Manage files, answer inquiries, and provide quick resolutions or escalations to keep the recruitment process running smoothly.

• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools
• Experience with About Time time-tracking software
• Proficient in using Applicant Track System for managing candidate data
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and administering employee benefits
• Skilled in Cold Calling techniques and strategies
• Extensive experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Familiarity with Construction industry hiring needs
• Proven ability to Conduct Phone Screens effectively
• Experience in managing Phone Screens for multiple candidates
• Understanding of Hiring Processes and best practices
• Proven ability to make sound Hiring Decisions
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Experience in HRIS Implementation
• Knowledge of various HRIS Systems and their applications.
