We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in The Colony, Texas. The HR Recruiter will be a key part of our team, playing a crucial role in handling full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including but not limited to accounting, marketing, and administrative roles. This role involves substantial communication with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a multitude of positions including accounting, marketing, and administrative roles.
• Actively communicating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems effectively to streamline the recruiting process.
• Engaging in corporate recruiting activities to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensuring a smooth hiring process by coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and maintaining effective communication with candidates.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
• Continually developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization.
• Providing regular updates and feedback to senior management regarding recruitment activities.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to organizational policies and regulations.
• Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open positions.• Proven experience in HR or related field
• Proficiency in Applicant Track System
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
