We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Maumee, Ohio. The successful candidate will be working within the Financial Services industry, focusing on various tasks related to human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR purposes.
• Manage the Applicant Track System effectively to ensure efficient processing of candidates.
• Conduct thorough Background Checks and Benefit Functions as part of the recruitment process.
• Leverage your excellent Communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Use the Careerbuilder platform and CRM to source and manage potential candidates.
• Implement and manage the 'About Time' system for efficient timekeeping and scheduling.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Proficiency in "ADP - Financial Services" and "ADP Workforce Now"
• Familiarity with "ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode"
• Experience in using "Careerbuilder"
• Knowledge of "CRM"
• Ability to use "About Time" software
• Proficient in "Applicant Track System"
• Experience in conducting "Background Checks"
• Knowledge of "Benefit Functions"
• Strong "Communication" skills
