About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent think tank specializing in the analysis of federal and state budget policies, with a focus on equity and addressing low-income issues. They are experiencing a surge in hiring to meet evolving organizational and policy needs.
Job Description:
The Recruiter will support a high-volume hiring initiative, focusing on facilitating a structured and equitable recruitment process. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, and supporting efforts to attract top-tier talent for a variety of roles within policy, research, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for up to 10 high-priority roles, including policy experts, research assistants, and communications managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the recruitment process and maintain accountability.
- Draft and post job descriptions, review applications, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and extend offers while ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter for light sourcing when needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including working closely with hiring managers.
- Experience in non-profit, policy, or association industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and ATS platforms (ADP experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
