Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our client, covering a wide range of roles across the country. This role offers the opportunity to recruit for diverse positions, from manufacturing to sales and business development, and even assist with international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions across the country.
  • Source candidates through social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and existing networks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates by engaging with local networks, universities, and organizations.
  • Conduct interviews via MS Teams or in-person, and track candidates through the interview, hiring, and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with leadership to promote company culture and value proposition to candidates.
  • Assist with the recruitment of temporary workers for warehouse locations and help with hiring for additional offices.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing and sales roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
