We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and launch of innovative products. You will leverage your understanding of user needs, market trends, and business goals to translate ideas into successful products that delight our customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and market research skills, a collaborative spirit, and a relentless focus on delivering user value. Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities. Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to bring products to life. Prioritize features, define product requirements, and manage the product backlog. Develop and implement product launch strategies to ensure successful market entry. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user data to measure product success. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and advocate for the product vision. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact product development. Embrace extreme ownership of the product, including its bugs, delays, and overall quality, while being hands-on throughout the development process. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products with a roadmap plan. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in user research and data analysis. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with strategic thinking. Passion for building user-centric products with product management best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Expertise using prioritization framework like RICE and a mix of other frameworks to make data-driven decisions. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Notion. Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles. Prior experience in B2B or B2C FinTech Wealth management startups. Proficiency with industry-standard project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack). Background in a technical field such as software engineering or data science. Established network within the industry for leveraging product insights and growth opportunities.
