Responsibilities: - Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed. - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and priorities. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talents. - Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates. - Build a strong pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles. - Evaluate candidates' resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements. - Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships. - Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options. - Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates. - Fill vacancies for both tech and non-tech roles with the shortest time possible. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information. - You may also handle other HR duties such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training, etc. - Any other duties assigned by your line manager or the organisation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, employment relations, or related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role. - Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies. - Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools for technical positions. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Sound organizational and decision-making skills. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure.
