Job Summary: As a Front Desk Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding process by managing front desk operations while assisting with candidate sourcing and initial screening. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and visitors, ensuring a positive experience while effectively supporting the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome candidates, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information and directions as needed.
Manage Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Data Entry: Input candidate information into the recruitment database accurately.
Mail: Distribute daily mail and sign for packets and deliver to the correct department
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media, and other channels.
Initial Screening: Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess basic qualifications and availability.
Application Assistance: Help candidates complete application forms and necessary paperwork.
Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in compliance with privacy regulations.
